In order to promote sustainable industrial development, our cardboard boxes have been made of recycled material for some years now and they can also be recycled.
In 2019, Resuinsa has incorporated a firm commitment to the reduction of plastic into its environmental policy by modifying its packaging system and thus reducing its annual use of plastic by 60%, from more than 37.5 tonnes to 14.5 tonnes.
Our aim is to replace the numerous plastic bags that are sent with our goods with a single 100% recycled plastic bag.
Up to now, our products have been shipped in packs of 2, 5, and 10 items in bags placed inside our cardboard box in order to protect the products from external agents.
Now, post-industrial waste and plastic materials, such as primary and secondary packaging, are reused to make a new raw material, saving energy and resources in the manufacturing process.
