27 Nov Resuinsa Group showcases its leadership in textiles suitable for industrial laundry at Texcare
- We will also be displaying our smart textiles with RFID technology in Hall 8, Stand B19 at the Frankfurt fair from 6th to 9th November
Resuinsa Group, one of the top textile firms in the hospitality sector, will be at the benchmark industrial laundry fair Texcare 2024 in Frankfurt, from 6th to 9th November. The company will be showcasing its textile range, specifically designed to withstand the challenges of industrial laundry and maintain lost-lasting quality and comfort, at Stand B19 in Hall 8.
We will also be demonstrating our solid commitment to textile innovation using RFID technology (radio frequency identification) to optimise and simplify textile management. The system provides an ideal solution for logistical challenges at industrial laundries.
Experts in textiles for industrial laundry
One of our greatest strengths is our experience in textiles that are specifically designed for industrial laundry processes. We develop highly resistant and quality products able to withstand aggressive processes. In this sense, textile quality can be assured at each process stage, from selecting raw materials to weaving, dyeing and cutting, as well as in manufacture and logistics. Moreover, our products are put through rigorous testing in the group’s quality lab to ensure they maintain their properties, colour and texture, even after numerous industrial cleaning cycles.
As Resuinsa CEO, Félix Martí, explains, ‘visitors to Texcare 2024 will get to know first-hand how we have become a benchmark international firm in textiles for industrial laundry. In fact, we were the first company in the sector to be awarded certification guaranteeing our products are designed for these processes’.
RFID technology advantages for textile traceability and management
In turn, Resuinsa’s RFID system has become a key tool for real-time traceability in a sector that demands efficiency to handle large volumes of textiles. The technology enables every item to be labelled with a unique tag containing essential information and is able to withstand the most aggressive laundry and ironing processes.
This innovative technology offers inventory control for industrial laundries where items can be scanned simply through a gate or PDA device for a precise count in real time. In this way, losses can be avoided, logistics times optimised and operating costs cut through minimising the need for replacement items.
We have also developed the Resuinsa Cloud platform offering direct secure access to all data linked to textile inventories. The software enables laundry managers to monitor the durability and location of each item in real time, enabling them to plan for required replacements and improve stock rotation.
‘We focus on providing high quality textiles that are suitable for industrial laundry processes and designed to be efficient and lost-lasting in high-use settings. Every item combines quality and innovation perfectly. We are fully aware this is one of our customers’ main requirements and strive to continue offering top quality day in, day out’, states Félix Martí.
