Resuinsa extends its contract with the hotel chain Paradores de Turismo de España for one year

The quality of Resuinsa’s linens has been acknowledged by Paradores de Turismo de España, S.A., an entity that has extended its contract with the international company for one year. Resuinsa became the official supplier of this public hotel chain in March 2016 after having scored highest in the tender in which other 19 offers competed.

“The quality of our linens is backed through the confidence that companies like Paradores place in us. Therefore, it continues to be one of our main identity traits and it makes us keep working in the challenge of improving day by day”, has pointed out Resuinsa’s general manager, Félix Martí.

So, he points out that for 18 consecutive years, the company has obtained the Oeko-Text Standard 100 certification for the linens and has a cross check quality system with AITEX Textile Technological Institute. “We are demanding with our products, and we know that this is what makes us different, so investment in innovation has become one of our focus points, since it improves the quality and the comfort and serves the interests of final customers”, he has said.

In this respect, he has stressed that customer care gives a seal of quality to the service provided. “One of our great concerns is our customers’ satisfaction, anywhere they happen to be, to whom we offer an exclusive, efficient and individual attention. Thanks to this, we dress the best hotels and restaurants in the world and we have eight companies abroad”, he has added.

The tender of Paradores

Resuinsa obtained the highest score in the four batches of which the tender conditions consisted: plush linen, bedroom linen, standard dining room linen and special dining room linen.

To choose the concession holder, Paradores de Turismo de España, S.A. assessed on each sample the technical features of the products, such as the degree of polymerization, the weight, the tensile strength, the losses due to washing, the degree of whiteness, the colour fastness in coloured textiles, as well as the quality and the details of the manufacturing process and the embroidery, all this analyzed by Leitat Technological Center.

The improvement of the required deadlines, not only in the implementation of the general supply but also in the delivery of every single order, was another requirement evaluated by Paradores in its choice of the concession holder for its textiles.
