Resuinsa at the trade fairs in Maldives and Dubai

We continue to strengthen our presence in the area of Maldives and the United Arab Emirates with our participation at two important trade fairs: the show ‘Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives’ (FHAM), which will we be held from 8 to 10 August, and the GulfHost Exhibition in Dubai, from 18 to 20 September.

First of all, FHAM has become the leading trade fair for the hospitality sector in its region, receiving also visitors from Sri Lanka. Resuinsa attends this show for the second year in a row, since last edition “was very positive, both in terms of quantity and quality of the contacts we could establish”, says Resuinsa’s general manager, Félix Martí.

“Since we opened our overseas company Rell Hotels Lanka last year in Colombo, Sri Lanka’s capital city, we have wanted to come back to this event, because it means a great opportunity to continue building contacts and new business opportunities. FHAM has more than 110 stands, representing more than 50 local, regional and international companies, which showcase their products and services in the hotel industry of Maldives. In this way –adds Martí- we provide a greater service to our customers in the southern zone of Asia and Maldives, one of the main tourist destinations in this area. In addition, we “dressed” the luxurious hotel Kuramathi Island Resort last year, and this is something we feel very proud of, since we transport the quality and the expertise of the Spanish hotel industry to Maldives”.

The GulfHost Exhibition, which takes place together with Hotel Show, is part of the Dubai International Hospitality Week. It is an unmissable event for any professional in this sector, since it attracts more than 50.000 visitors. Resuinsa will participate for the first time in this exhibition and will be located in the Sheikh Saeed Halls, stand S-B30. The event will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

We should also remember that the capital of the Emirates will host the Expo 2020, with roughly 20 million visitors expected. Therefore, it is one of the countries in which the hospitality sector is experiencing the strongest growth due to the expected high demand.

Our company will show at both trade fairs the latest world trends in the hospitality sector, not only in terms of design, but also in terms of innovation and products. In fact, it will present its service ‘Atelier’, whereby customers have at their disposal our designers to create customized and exclusive linens that combine perfectly with the decoration projects and the identity of each hotel.

As for the logistics in Maldives and in Dubai, Martí emphasizes that the quality and the customer service “are Resuinsa’s competitive advantages in any market and that is what make us different from the rest. Therefore, our logistics have to be fast and efficient. We export all over the world and we need to deliver always on time”.

Accordingly, he notes that efforts are being made, day by day, to improve in this field, searching for new routes and alternative lines to deliver faster and better, so that customers are provided a better service.
