Quality and great attention to details make important hotels, such as the Art Deco Imperial in Praga, be unique. We have talked with its sales and marketing manager, Jan Víšek, who provides us with some recommendations for visiting the city and describes the pleasing feeling that Resuinsa’s linens give the guests.
What makes your hotel be unique?
The Art Deco Hotel Imperial is one of the most famous hotels in Prague with tradition since 1914. The renovated interiors in the style of art deco, Art Nouveau and cubism make an unforgettable feelings for our guests.
How would you describe luxury?
Something expensive that is pleasant to have but is not usual.
What do you recommend the guests visit in your city?
Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, but it depends how much time spend guests in our capitol… Visitors of Prague should definitely visit Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square with Astronomical Clock or Jewish quarter. Also Prague zoo is worth of visit – it has been awarded as the 4th most beautiful zoos in the world.
How do you manage to make guests feel special in your hotel?
We motivate our staff to be very helpful and friendly. We pamper our clients by outstanding comfort. We use only high quality ingredients and components for our products and services.
What are the most important elements to have a well-dressed bed?
Bed linen of the best quality.
What should table linens be like to enjoy a gastronomic experience?
White colour is the best choice for table linens and they have to be ironed and clean of course.
How has Resuinsa contributed to improving the stay and the experience of the guests in your establishment?
It brings for our guests more comfortable feeling in the bed and unforgettable experience at our restaurant – the famous restaurant Café Imperial.
