Under the theme of ‘The Thousand and One Nights’, Resuinsa will take part in the TechYhotel showroom from the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH) at FITUR 2025. Within the framework of FITURTECHY, the selected theme suggests a setting where adventure, technology and sustainability merge together and entice visitors to daydream about new experiences and cultures. The ITH will be providing an immersive experience touring six themed ambiences inspired by Scheherazade’s tales.

In this vein, the international company will highlight its textile design and quality at the ITH stand, located in Hall 10B03 at IFEMA Madrid. The space will combine tradition and the latest technology thanks to the participation of over 40 benchmark firms, including Resuina.

The TechYhotel showroom entitled ‘The Thousand and One Journeys’ will feature Resuinsa’s latest developments, including its elegant washed linen sheets that combine softness and freshness. The material is ideal for hotels committed to comfortable guest experiences and unique design. In turn, Resuinsa will equip the rooms with a selection from its towel collection, renowned for its durability, quality and softness. The firm’s innovative manufacturing ensures the towels are designed for intensive use, in line with hotel requirements.

A journey into the future of hotels

TechyHotel will be showcasing advanced technologies and digital solutions for tourism and accommodation. Resuinsa will demonstrate how textile design can play a key role in creating new experiences for guests. From themed rooms with immersive experiences to integrated robots and smart textiles, ‘The Thousand and One Journeys’ promises us a glimpse into hotels and tourism of the future.

The space also has artificial intelligence tools enabling visitors to ‘daydream’ and imagine the journey of their lives in the ‘thousand and one nights’.  In this setting, Resuinsa is underlining its role as a strategic partner at the ITH, constantly seeking solutions that meld technology, sustainability and comfort to provide unique guest experiences.

For a future where sustainability will be a key, Resuinsa will be showcasing its VITA collection of fully recycled and recyclable items sourced from post-consumer hotel linens. The collection of sustainable products will be on display, including trays, totes, slippers and toiletry bags, some of which will be carried by autonomous robots showcasing hotel automation.

As Resuinsa CEO Félix Martí explains: ‘We are working to offer real and sustainable solutions for the hotel sector, supporting our customers to meet new requirements and challenges. We believe technological innovation and caring for the environment must go hand in hand in order to tackle future challenges.’

Resuinsa has been a benchmark textile firm in the hospitality sector for nearly 50 years and is attending the 19th FITUR event alongside the ITH with a view to underlining its commitment to innovation, technology, design and sustainability.  In this sense, it aims to offer high-quality products to hotel establishments with a lower environmental footprint and designs that ensure long-lasting quality.
